The Palmer Healthcare Center is a family owned and operated Skilled Nursing Facility with a 61 bed capacity. Our center provides a full range of skilled nursing services to our residents who live with us and for those who come to us for short-term, long-term, medical and rehabilitative care. Palmer Healthcare Center has been an active member of the greater Palmer area for over fifty-one years, providing exceptional care and customer service.
